Our friendly and experienced optometrist, Dr. Semma, will ensure that your child’s eyes are healthy and experiencing the clearest sight. The doctor will determine the refractive status, evaluate for congenital eye diseases, and ensure that your child’s eyes work together equally as a team.
If your child has myopia (nearsightedness), we will monitor for progression. We can use treatment options such as retainers for the eyes (orthokeratology) and soft disposable multifocal contact lenses to potentially reduce the progression of myopia.
